How to overcome fear





Feeling of fear is a natural feeling that is essential and linked to the survival of humanity!!

Fear, which is common in humans and animals, is something psychologists see as crucial to our survival.
Feeling of fear cannot disappear from human beings, which are healthy and natural feelings, but we do not have to be afraid of everything.
There is a big difference between health and unhealthy concerns, and dealing with them is different.

Features of fear

When a person is frightened, the heartbeat accelerates, the hearing is more severe, and the sweat is erected from the forehead, with a shiver in the legs.
Fear can occur when you watch a new horror movie, in a dark misty forest, or even when you see a cat or rabbit.

What happens to the body when you’re feeling scared?

The downside of fear

It is the natural and healthy thing to do, unlike people with anxiety or phobia disorders.

Maturity and fear

Part of human maturity, where our brains learn to distinguish between real threats and scary things in our environment.
As we gather more experience, we fortify our minds, which can be feared or not.
“The mature part of the brain is known when you’re in a movie, so your brain is more willing to overcome fear,” says Dr Brownwall.
“Instead of feeling terrified, one feels cheerful or happy.”
“Your brain can’t tell the difference between fear of pleasure and real fear.”

Treatment of excessive fear (phobia)

“The key to treating fear and phobiais is not to expose yourself to a high level of fear,” says Dr. Browno.
But the treatment of fears is gradually being exposed, to revisit his previous relationship, experience or fear.
For example, slow exposure therapy may help someone gradually reduce fear as well.
For example, when you’re afraid of a spider, Dr. Brownlow says, “You start looking at a spider for five minutes, and then you take a break.”
